Ink Mailer: Factory Recycling Service
What is an Ink Mailer?
Ink Mailer is a complete factory inkjet cartridge recycling service. Ink Mailers
are pre-paid mailers (specific to each cartridge type) that you purchase
in advance and then use to send in your empty inkjet cartridge for recycling.
The cost of the Ink Mailer includes the shipping cost to the recycling facility,
the factory recycling service and the shipping cost back to you.
How Does It Work?
1. Order your InkMailer or muliple InkMailers.
2. On receipt of your order we will despatch your InkMailer to
you via Royal Mail 1st class post.
3. Keep the InkMailer on hand until your inkjet cartridges are empty.
4. When your inkjet cartridgs are empty, simply place them inside
the InkMailer, seal and drop it the mail. Remember no postage payment is
required by you. Your cartridges will be automatically shipped to our recycling
facility.
5. There are no forms to complete as each InkMailer is supplied
pre-printed with a unique 6 digit reference number. This reference number
tells us who the Inkmailer came from, which cartridges are to be recycled
and where to return the recycled cartridges.
6. Using state of the art recycling machinery your inkjet cartridges
will be professionally cleaned, refilled with high quality ink, and print
tested. Your recycled inkjet cartridges will then be returned to you via
Royal Mail 1st class post.
How Long Does The Whole Process Take?
From the day you post your inkjet cartridges to receiving them back normally
takes 5-7 working days. We would advise that you always keep an additional
working inkjet cartridge on hand. This enables you to continue to print
whilst your other cartridge is away being recycled.
How Many Times Can You Recycle My Inkjet Cartridge?
On average, each inkjet cartridge, can be recycled 5-6 times. However
some times a cartridge may not recyle even once whilst others may be recycled
more than 6 times. What we do know with certainty is that all inkjet cartridges
will wear out eventually and will need to be replaced.
What If You Cannot Recycle My Inkjet Cartridge.
If a cartridge fails to pass the recycling process, the print test or
is found to be unserviceable, you will be supplied with a replacement
InkMailer at no additional cost or offered a %100 refund. This means you
will never be out of pocket. Note: We do not replace inkjet cartridges
if they are unserviceable since all inkjet cartridges will eventually
wear out.
Is The InkMailer Service Fully Guaranteed?
InkMailers and their service are fully guaranteed. Each remanufactured
inkjet cartridge is covered by a 6 month warranty from the date each cartridge
is recycled.
What Else Do I Need To Know?
Each InkMailer is valid for one use only. InkMailers do not include an
empty inkjet cartridge. You must have an empty inkjet cartridge to use this
service.
Hewlett Packard Inkjet Cartridges
Hewlett Packard now produce lower priced inkjet cartridges (light user or
economy) which contain as little as half the quantity of ink of the full
priced version. Please note all Hewlett Packard cartridges refilled using
the InkMailer service are filled to maximum capacity. For example, the original
HP51629AE contains 40ml of ink yet the economy or light user HP51629GE contains
only 20ml and is otherwise identical. All HP51629`s (whether AE or GE versions)
are filled with the maximum capacity of 40ml. In other cases, where the
original Hewlett Packard cartridges are only partially filled (and a full
version is not available) we are able to fill the cartridge to its maximum
level without compromising print quality. The exact fill quantities of each
inkjet cartridge is detailed with each product.
