Returns and Refunds
At MaxDog.co.uk we want you to be happy with your purchases. Any of our products may be returned to MaxDog.co.uk for replacement or refund subject to the following:-
Cancellation of Order (NOT Faulty Product Returns)
Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have
a right to cancel your order without giving a reason for any item purchased
on this website. To cancel your order you must either e mail, fax or write
to us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Please Note:
You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods
returned damaged or used can not be accepted. The return carriage is payable
by the customer, the goods should be returned to us in its original condition.
We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss whilst the items
are being returned to us. On receipt of your returned goods we will authorise a refund. Please allow
a maximum of 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
If you used a credit card to make your purchase we will credit the same
card number. If you made your purchase with a cheque or postal order we
will send you a refund cheque in the post. Our delivery service charges
are not refundable.
Faulty Product Returns
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because
the item is defective, we will be happy to either replace the product or
offer a full refund for the price you paid for the item PLUS the cost in
returning the item to us.
To Return An Item:
Simply return the item to the address detailed below. Please remember to
enclose a copy of your invoice. Alternatively enclose your name, address
(including postcode), e-mail address or daytime telephone number. In the
case of a defective product, please provide a description of the fault.
